CeriFi is a leading provider of online professional education and certification programs, serving financial services, accounting, insurance, and other industries through a suite of proprietary LMS platforms tailored for enterprise and individual learners alike. Fusionary was brought in to rescue a stalled replatforming project and transform it into a scalable, multi-brand ecommerce experience.

The Problem?

CeriFi was managing more than a dozen separate brand websites and multiple ecommerce systems, leading to inconsistent customer experiences, content duplication, and major inefficiencies across operations.

Marketing was hamstrung by a fragmented backend, outdated CMS, and an inability to track or scale campaigns effectively. Even running paid ads was off the table due to platform limitations, resulting in lost revenue opportunities.

How Did We Help?

Fusionary took over a stalled replatforming project and rebuilt CeriFi’s entire ecommerce ecosystem using BigCommerce Multi-Storefront with a headless architecture. We layered in Builder.io for brand-specific content control, Algolia for real-time filtering, and a custom checkout system with institutional features.

This overhaul unified all brands under a single backend, restored advertising capabilities, and delivered a 40% year-over-year revenue increase, while dramatically reducing admin load and improving customer experience.
